Priority Support
All clients receive our standard support, but some clients want to ensure they get priority.
Priority support is available by Monkeybread Software for MBS FileMaker Plugin and separately for our DynaPDF functions.

| Email or Webform | You can send an email asking for help and we are happy to help you. Your email is queued with others and we try to provide a reply soon. |
You can name an email address, which we have automatically marked with priority flag, so we can provide attention quicker. During office hours and while in office, we expect to answer your emails within hours. |
| Phone | If we are in the office, we are happy to take your call and help you quickly via phone. If the problem requires more time, we may need to schedule another call for another day. |
You can register a phone number with us, which then gets added to our contacts, so your phone call will get a higher priority. |
| Traveling | When we are traveling and nobody is in the office, your phone calls are not answered and emails are queued. Answers may take several days. |
We try to respond to priority emails with-in 24h, even when traveling. |
By purchasing our priority support, you move forward in the queue and receive faster support.
DynaPDF
You can purchase DynaPDF priority support separately. This provides priority support for DynaPDF related support requests as well as priority attention by DynaForms.
If you have a license for DynaPDF, we add you the service level with 24h reaction time and 7 day fix time. This can provide you a new build of DynaPDF if necessary to fix an issue.

Paid Support
Beside standard or priority support, there is also paid support available. Some clients prefer to pay by the hour to get their problems resolved or a helping hand implementing a plugin feature.
